Quinton Davies are working with a rapidly growing early stage Tech for Good business to secure a Customer Experience Lead.
The CX Lead is a critical role for this innovative business. You will be the main point of contact for all clients and end users, supporting them in set-up and to overcome any issues they have with the product.
The products is digital and provides healthcare support to service users across the country.
The role of CX Lead will:
Initial point of contact for clients and service users
Support the CX Manager
Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Mentor and train junior members of staff
Support product deployments
Provide product demonstrations (some travel and occasional overnight stays)
In order to apply for the position of CX Lead you will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service or customer facing role
Demonstrable and confident communication skills
Proven organisation skills
Demonstrable ability to quickly pick up new IT/Tech systems
Proven passion for purpose led organisations or Tech for Good
