Quinton Davies is working on behalf of an exciting group who are looking for an ICT Lead Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity to progress and expand your skill set within a dynamic and proactive team. Working closely with the IT Director and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all users, whilst supervising the technicians within your team. This role will involve you:
Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to all users as needed
Ensure all ICT Equipment is kept up to date and at optimal levels across the sites
Deliver project work when required
Work with the team to make sure service packs and software upgrades are applied to the relevant devices.
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure resolution of ICT incidents, as required
Carry out planning and setups for events requiring ICT provision
Work with CST IT Director and CST Systems Administrator to keep all network infrastructure at their optimal levels
Work within the requirements of Data Protection at all times
Complete all necessary administrative tasks effectively and efficiently including establishing and maintaining suitable timelines.
To apply for this position, you will have:
Customer service experience
Good communication skills
Experience working with Windows and Microsoft 365
Experience and detailed understanding of Windows networks/servers (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, etc.)
Excellent understanding of Server Hardware and Software (including operating systems)
Experience with various devices including laptops, iPads, and interactive TVs
