Quinton Davies are working for a leading national brand to find an enthusiastic IT Triage Technician for their service desk team. This is a permanent role, working in their office in Central Bristol as part of a supportive and busy team.

As the first point of contact for users, you will be responsible for managing incoming queries and troubleshooting first line problems, escalating as needed. This is a great opportunity to get a breadth of experience, working in a busy service desk team with great training, support, and progression opportunities.

As the IT Triage Technician, you will:
  • Provide support and guidance to users
  • Be responsible for managing incoming queries to the service desk.
  • Diagnose simple technical problems, and escalate more complex queries to the relevant person
