Quinton Davies is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing financial services client based in Bristol. We are looking for a skilled SM&CR Specialist to join their dynamic team and partner with the People Department. This is a hybrid working role, offering a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the People Department to align SM&CR requirements with HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the certification process for senior managers and certified persons.
• Provide expert guidance and training on SM&CR compliance to staff and management.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SM&CR-related activities.

   

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of SM&CR regulations and compliance.
• Experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
