    Quinton Davies is currently engaged with an exciting international brand based in Wiltshire, who are looking for an experienced Part time Payroll Administrator for a 12 Month Fix term contract.

    This role offers great flexibility for candidates who are looking for their next part-time role working from both home and the office in Wiltshire.

    Responsbile for working with the external Payroll management company to ensure payment of weekly and monthly and payrolls in an accurate and timely manner. Check payroll results and issue payslips and P45s. Preparation and filing of employee tax details and tax returns in conjunction with them. Issue of P60s’s and P11d’s and preparation of PSA. Monitor correct payment of commission payments

    You will work with the credit control team to collect the outstanding debt on the accounts, via the phone and email and reconciling the debt to the correct accounts. You will be providing financial support to the senior management team and handling multiple areas of the accounts including: • Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register • Reconciliation of all Control Accounts in Balance Sheet • Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards • Input of Journals, • Accruals and Prepayments You will be Level 4 AAT (MAAT) qualified or Institute of Bookkeeper Level 4 with a minimum of 3 years practical experience in the workplace.
