Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Bristol, city centre
The technical side of things are well covered, you will own the customer experience and ensure customer service is at the highest levels! 
With a huge passion for customer service, process improvement and excellence you will assess the processes, improve them and drive them throughout the business. 
Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:
  • Driving licence 
  • Demonstrable passion for exceptional customer experience 
  • Proven experience in a similar role 


Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:
  • Experience with or an interest in technology


Location: You would be required at the office in central Bristol five days a week, and the candidate needs to be within a commutable distance.
