Job title: Debt Recovery Supervisor
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Location: Fully remote

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:
Supervise a team of Debt Collectors ensuring SMART objectives are met
Monitor team compliance to ensure accurate updates
Have a forward-thinking approach to ensure objectives are achieved
Management of own ledger
Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are completed to a quality standard
Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:
A minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience
Strong experience in debt collection
Good track record in meeting collections targets
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly with Word and Excel (vlookups)
Able to work on own initiative
Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:
