Salary up to £30kp/a

 

Role

  • Processing payroll for a range of clients with weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll cycles

  • Manual calculation of Tax and NI

  • Calculating pay increases, overtime and bonuses

  • Calculating SMP, SSP etc.

  • Reporting to HMRC on behalf of clients and liaising regarding any queries

  • Auto-enrolment, pension assessments and uploads to pension provider

  • Responding to client queries

 

About You

  • Previous experience of working within a payroll bureau

  • Good working knowledge of all areas of payroll (Calculating statutory payments, Auto-enrolment, Employment allowance) RTI and current HMRC reporting requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Logical, well organised with good time management skills

  • The ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced working environment

  • Good IT skills and be able to confidently use Microsoft office and payroll software
