Quinton Davies are recruiting on behalf of a values first tech company based in Central Bristol to secure a Technical Customer Support Advisor. 

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for tech, especially Office 365 and SharePoint? 

We're looking for a Technical Customer Support professional to join a dynamic team in central Bristol. This role is all about solving problems, supporting customers, and making a real difference.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-class customer support with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Work closely with teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Experience with Office 365 (SharePoint knowledge is a bonus!).
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to go the extra mile.
