Overview:
Quinton Davies are working on behalf of a well renowned practice based in Newton Abbot who are looking to strengthen their accounts team with the addition of an Accounts Semi-Senior.
 
Main Duties and responsibilities:
-Preparation of LTD company, Partnership and Sole Trade accounts
-Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600's
-Occasional assistance with audit engagements

 
Experience & Qualifications required:
-AAT qualified or equivalent
-Minimum of 2 years' experience working within Accountancy Practices
-Exposure to modern accountancy software such as quickbooks & Xero would be advantageous but training can be provided

Overview:
Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a well-established practice firm based in Herefordshire who are looking for an Accounts Semi-Senior.

The firm had a significant overall several years ago and the investment and new ideas that change brought in has led to offices that are bright and modern and the approach to the work undertaken is dynamic and continually evolving.

Main Duties:
• Preparing accounts (sole traders, partnerships & limited companies) with information provided by the client, to a high standard ready for review by an accounts manager.
• Preparing personal tax returns and corporation tax returns.
• Giving assistance and training to junior members of the team.
• Engaging with clients book keeping, to ensure high quality accounting records and reporting throughout the year.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

Overview:
Quinton Davies are working on behalf of a rapidly growing independent accountancy practice firm based in Exeter who are looking for an Accounts Senior or Junior Client Manager to join their friendly and successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Joining a busy and successful team as an Accounts Senior / Junior Client Manager you will take on responsibility for the delivery and management of wide-ranging services to a mixed client base of OMBs, SMEs and corporate clients, along with some smaller clients.

There is opportunity to mould this to a good degree around the motivations and preferences of the right candidate, focused entirely working on clients under the audit threshold in turnover, with clients into the millions overseeing the delivery of accounts, corporation tax and other wider ranging services.

Whilst you will have a hands-on role, there will be scope to progress into a managerial level capacity, developing client relationships with involvement in wider planning and advisory project work, working alongside partners on delivery. You will also look to mentor and assist in the development of junior staff, reviewing work and acting as a key support taking a lead in the development and progression of the team.
