London/Remote (can be mostly home based)

Salary £70,000-75,000

Quinton Davies is working with a large company to secure a Pricing Modeller to join their team on a mostly remote basis (travel to London will be required on occasion) 

Working closely with the Head of Pricing and Commercial Managers you will work to provide pricing models/analysis and create delivery models & solutions.

This role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary of £70-75k depending on experience

  • Several years experience within the pricing/estimating field
  • Experience within the Facilities Management sector, ideally working on Hard FM projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

O2C Analyst (SPANISH SPEAKING)

O2C Analyst (SPANISH SPEAKING ROLE)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Business and wider finance team to:
  • Process O2C transactions in a timely and accurate manner on Oracle NetSuite, in accordance with Yugo’s defined policies and procedures
  • Reconcile O2C balance sheet accounts to monthly deadlines
  • Reconcile bank feeds in Oracle NetSuite to ensure remittances recorded accurately by entity
  • Manage customer deposit accounts and returns on an ongoing basis
  • Own and ensure process documentation is accurately maintained and readily available
  • Manage queries in a timely and accurate manner on the ticketing system according with the SLA’s established
Ad hoc tasks as per Manager’s requests
 
Experience & Knowledge 
 
Essential
  • At least one year prior experience in a similar role, similar global multi-site operational business.
  • ERP Order to Cash process experience including invoice management, cash receipts and maintenance of revenue management
  • High integrity and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Accountable, delivers on promises and follows through on commitments even in challenging circumstances
  • Strong, demonstrable track record of achievement
  • Fluent Spanish
Desirable
  • Operated in complex environment with the same size and scale
  • NetSuite experience within O2C module specifically invoice management and Advanced revenue management components.
  • German or Spanish language skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot tables and V lookups

Quinton Davies is working with a large company within the Marketing sector to secure a Systems Analyst to join their team at their Bristol HQ on a hybrid basis (1 day a week in the office)

Working closely with the Finance Systems Manager you will work to provide ERP system analysis and support to stakeholders in the business

This role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary of £35-40k depending on experience

To apply for the position of Systems Analyst you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Advanced knowledge of a CRM/ERP System, ideally one of WorkBook, Salesforce, Maconomy or Paprika
  • Ability to provide 1st line support for system users
  • Have a solid grounding in Finance fundamentals - this roles sits within the finance function so a basic knowledge of financial/accounting principals is desirable

Joining an established team, you will be responsible for running a variety of client payrolls in a timely and efficient manner.
