My market leading client is looking for an interim finance manager to come in and take over the financial reporting side of the business as well as engaging in daily transactional duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong attention to detail on financial transactions, including accounts receivable, payable and payroll
Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements and P&L
Take a lead in controlling account reconciliations, prepayments and recharges
Review and process sales order with special teams to ensure terms and pricing are up to date
liaise with management team to support audit process internally and externally
Manage monthly and quarterly VAT returns for the UK and other destinations in Europe
Qualifications:
Fully Qualified Accountant
Understanding of UK GAAP and familiarity with IFRS 15 and 16
High diligence to detail with financial reporting
Proficiency in using accounting software e.g Excel and Sage
Experience within construction or engineering (desirable)
