FP&A Accountant
South Gloucestershire - Hybrid/Remote
£39,000 - £45,000 + benefits
Quinton Davies is pleased to be representing a growing client in the South Gloucestershire / Bristol area. You'll be working closely with the Head of FP&A to ensure the high quality production of data whilst business partnering across departments. The ideal candidate will be qualified by experience, or working towards a relevant accountancy qualification, whilst having some exposure to financial planning in a prior role. Please note this client will also consider candidates further afield or possibly on a remote basis.
Role & Responsibilities
Month end reporting and year end closing activities
Preparation of financial forecasts, detailing profit and loss status for the group of companies
Prepare financial data for distribution across to regional finance teams
Liaise with finance to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner
Ensuring relevant financial data meets the correct parties for analysis
Identify areas for continuous improvement, providing commentary on high risk areas
Ad Hoc Support of Senior Finance
Key Characteristics
Qualified by Experience or working towards Relevant Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Able to work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication skills
Experience in Financial planning in a prior role is essential
Experience with Microsoft dynamics is desired but not essential
Able to work effectively under pressure, with demonstrated history of meeting tight deadlines
