Quinton Davies are seeking an Interim Compensation and Benefits professional with experience in payroll for a 9-month contract role (mostly remote).
 
This is an exciting opportunity where you will lead on a reward and benefits strategy and implementation. This role is full breadth so will include:
- Payroll
- Benefits suppliers
- System (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Salary benchmarking
- Job grading
- Reporting
 
This is a complex and challenging role where you will be tasked with articulating and delivering a strategy that embeds a payroll solution with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Comp & Variable, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and Onboarding). 
 
In order to apply for the Interim Compensation and Benefits Professional you will need to meet the following criteria:
- CIPP qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience working in Payroll and Benefits
- Proven and exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects and strategic change
 
In return our client are able to offer a competitive day rate for a contract expected to last 9 months.
