Quinton Davies is proud to be partnered with national firm of Chartered Accountants to recruit for a Payroll Administrator. The practice offers its employees diverse client portfolios and a great working culture. Due to recent growth across the business, the practice would like to make an addition to their Payroll Team in Wiltshire.
Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team on a permanent basis. Acting as a bureau, the payroll team is responsible for around 200 payroll clients ranging in size from 1-150 employees with varying pay frequencies. Working within this busy team you will deal directly with clients and complex payroll issues, offering a variety of work. Like many organisations, this firm have adapted our working practices to ensure the safety of their team and our clients. Our teams are all currently working remotely, and this is likely to continue until government instruction.
The successful applicant will have previous and extensive experience in managing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls therefore a background in practice or payroll bureau would be preferable but not essential. You will be responsible for the full end to end payroll processing for our expanding client base. Payroll duties include the full year end requirements, P11D reporting, CIS submissions, Pension Administration, and payroll legislation advice to clients.
The successful candidate must have at least three years’ experience and ideally familiar with Sage 50 Payroll and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. You will possess technical payroll ability, a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively as part of a high performing team.
In return you will have the opportunity to work for a highly reputable, independent firm of Chartered Accountants on a competitive salary and package. You will gain invaluable, varied experience given the diverse client base as well as excellent professional development.
